About the Role
Safebound Luxury, a premier white glove delivery and appliance installation service in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing luxury logistics operation. This on-site position offers the opportunity to work with high-end clients, designer firms, and development companies while providing essential administrative and customer service support.
What You'll Do
- Provide clerical assistance to the office and support account managers
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries related to white glove delivery, appliance installation, and storage services
- Handle billing assistance and process accounts receivable and payable
- Track and manage warehouse inventory for inbound and outbound items
- Act as a liaison between clients and account managers
- Manage Office 365, forms, and tracking systems
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
What You'll Need
- Administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Strong accounts receivable and accounts payable knowledge with tracking experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Office 365, form, and tracking system skills (mandatory)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Inventory control experience preferred
- Executive administrative assistance experience preferred
- Experience in the logistics industry and/or design industry preferred
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with an estimated annual salary of $38,185.
