About the Role

Redkey Express is hiring a Lead Appliance Installation Technician in Cincinnati, OH—a seasoned professional ready to lead, not a helper or trainee. If you've mastered high-end, built-in, and custom appliance installation and take pride in solving problems while mentoring your team, this is your opportunity to work somewhere that values your expertise. You'll earn $30–$35 per hour based on experience, work Monday–Friday first shift with no nights or weekends, and lead your own crew in a growing division.

What You'll Do

• Install custom and built-in appliances with precision and attention to detail
• Lead and mentor team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
• Drive a 26' non-CDL box truck to job sites and manage deliveries
• Deliver white glove service and exceptional customer experiences
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and solve installation challenges independently
• Train new technicians and ensure quality standards across the crew

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of documented appliance installation experience
• Expertise in custom and built-in appliance installation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating a 26' non-CDL box truck
• Strong leadership and advanced troubleshooting ability
• Proven ability to deliver white glove service and exceptional customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new techniques
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Cleared FBI and BCI background check required

Compensation & Benefits
