Appliance Delivery Driver

About the Role

Hub Group is hiring appliance delivery drivers for dedicated local routes in Bethlehem, WV. As an appliance delivery and installation technician, you'll transport and install appliances safely to customers' homes while earning competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses. This is a full-time, home-daily position perfect for experienced appliance delivery professionals.

What You'll Do

• Perform timely and accurate delivery and installation of appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and laundry units
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances per manufacturer specifications
• Safely transport and deliver appliances on assigned local routes using appropriate equipment and assistance as needed
• Follow complex installation instructions to complete white-glove appliance installation
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process
• Earn performance bonuses: $5 per completed stop and $2 per on-time delivery

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 6 months of box truck driving experience within the past 3 years, or 1 year of box truck experience within the past 5 years
• Appliance installation experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to follow complex installation instructions and maneuver items safely with appropriate equipment or assistance

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $23/hour base, $34.50/hour overtime, plus up to $100+ daily in performance bonuses.
