About the Role

Automatic Leasing Service is hiring dependable, customer-friendly appliance installation and delivery drivers to deliver, install, pickup, and swap out washers and dryers to apartment communities in Richmond, VA. This appliance installation technician role offers the opportunity to work as either a lead driver or helper on the road, depending on business needs, with a competitive hourly pay of $17–$20 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Deliver, install, pickup, and swap out washers and dryers to residential apartment communities
• Operate as a lead driver or helper on delivery routes as assigned
• Transport appliances and equipment safely using hand trucks and proper lifting techniques
• Assist in loading and unloading machines weighing over 150 lbs., including carrying items up multiple flights of stairs
• Maintain vehicles and ensure timely, professional service delivery
• Work Monday to Friday day shifts, with overtime and overnight travel as needed

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last three years
• Clean criminal record (background check required)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Capable of lifting and transporting machines weighing over 150 lbs. with assistance of hand trucks
• Customer-friendly demeanor and reliable work ethic
• Valid Form of ID and proof of work eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position paying $17–$20 per hour.
