Appliance Installation Technician

About the Role

Satellite Pros LLC is hiring appliance installation technicians in Chandler, Arizona to deliver, install, and service major appliances and electronics for residential customers. This full-time role combines hands-on installation work with customer service excellence, requiring you to work from our warehouse base with daily deliveries across the Phoenix metro area.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and install large appliances, electronics, audio/video equipment, furniture, and related products at customer locations
• Load and unload products safely from company vehicles
• Perform product installation and troubleshooting to customer specifications
• Inspect vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle consumer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Complete necessary paperwork and perform other assigned duties

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift 50–100+ pounds regularly
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with hand tools
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for the past 36 months
• Minimum 21 years old
• Fluent in English (read, speak, write)
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
• Strong people skills and positive attitude
• Physical stamina for 6–10 hour shifts varying daily

Compensation & Benefits
