Appliance Installation Technician

About the Role

Satelliteprosllc is hiring appliance installation technicians in Chandler, Arizona to deliver and install large appliances, electronics, furniture, and other consumer products directly to customers. As an appliance installation technician, you'll be the foundation of our operation—working on the road daily, providing white glove delivery service, and earning a competitive wage with opportunities for advancement to lead installer positions.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and install appliances, electronics, audio/video equipment, furniture, and beds for residential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot product, vehicle, and customer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Safely load and unload products from delivery vehicles
• Perform quality installations where necessary and complete all required paperwork
• Maintain assigned vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance inspections, and ensure safe operation
• Comply with all safety policies, speed limits, and rules of the road
• Work shifts varying between 6–10 hours daily, meeting at the warehouse at 7:30 am and returning at end of day

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift 50–100+ pounds consistently
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 36 months
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing ability in English
• Professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina to perform installation and delivery work

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $625 per week. Opportunity for growth and compensation increases based on performance, with potential advancement to lead installer roles.
