Appliance Installer

About the Role

Landers Appliance, a family-run business serving the Baltimore region for 40 years, is hiring experienced appliance installers in Rosedale, MD. As an appliance installation technician, you'll install major home appliances across the Baltimore area while delivering honest, reliable service to every customer.

What You'll Do

• Install major home appliances in customer homes throughout the Baltimore region
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members during installations
• Lift and position heavy appliances weighing up to 100 pounds
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm

What You'll Need

• Hands-on experience with basic tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, power tools, and dollies
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly and work on your feet
• Strong communication skills with both customers and teammates
• Ability to problem-solve independently in the field
• Availability for full-time Monday–Friday shifts, 8am–5pm
• Desire to learn and improve daily

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour based on experience and quality of work.
