About the Role

Redkey Express is hiring an Appliance Installer in Cincinnati, Ohio to join a team dedicated to delivering reliable, professional appliance installation and white glove delivery service. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay starting at $21.63 per hour, with growth opportunities and a supportive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and employee success.

What You'll Do

• Deliver, install, and position residential and commercial appliances with a team using proper equipment and safety protocols
• Provide white glove delivery service that exceeds customer expectations
• Track and document all deliveries using company systems
• Lift and move appliances safely, working collaboratively with team members
• Maintain safe, dependable, and on-time delivery performance
• Follow all safety and compliance standards
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills on every job

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 1+ years of experience driving a 26-foot box truck
• Ability to safely lift and move appliances as part of a team
• Experience with delivery tracking systems (preferred)
• High school diploma (preferred)
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to team success

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $21.63 per hour with growth potential to $30 per hour.
