About the Role

This Non-CDL appliance delivery driver position offers competitive hourly pay with significant bonus potential. You'll manage 8–10 hour routes daily, delivering and installing appliances while earning base pay of $23/hour with overtime rates up to $34.50/hour, plus performance bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Complete appliance delivery and installation stops on local routes
• Earn $5 per completed delivery stop and $2 per on-time arrival
• Manage up to 15 stops daily for potential $100 in daily bonus earnings
• Return home daily after completing assigned routes
• Maintain consistency and deliver excellent customer service on each installation

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license (Non-CDL)
• Ability to safely operate delivery and installation equipment
• Reliability and commitment to on-time performance

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $23/hour. Overtime rate: $34.50/hour. Bonus structure: $5 per completed stop, $2 per on-time stop (up to $100 daily). Paid weekly. Additional benefits include paid vacation, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a Health Savings Account (HSA).
