Delivery & Deployment Technician

About the Role

Global Asset is hiring a Delivery & Deployment Technician in Grapevine, Texas to support onsite deployments, equipment setups, and installation projects at customer locations. This hands-on field technician role combines physical project work, customer interaction, and equipment handling in a collaborative field services environment. If you have experience in furniture delivery, white glove delivery, moving and installation services, or field service work, this position offers paid training to expand your skills into technology and field deployment services.

What You'll Do

• Support onsite deployments, equipment setups, and installation projects at customer locations
• Load, unload, move, and stage equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with assembly, disassembly, and project setup tasks using common hand and power tools
• Provide professional customer service during onsite visits and customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with field teams to complete projects on schedule
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Travel locally and occasionally out of town for project work
• Assist with transportation of equipment when needed

What You'll Need

• Experience in furniture delivery, moving, installation, logistics, or field service
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift, including lifting, moving, and carrying 50+ lbs regularly
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
• Comfort working in warehouse and customer-facing environments
• Must pass a strict School District background check
• Preferred: White glove delivery experience, box truck or commercial vehicle driving experience, or low-voltage and IT deployment experience
