Driver Manager- Greenville

About the Role

Temco Logistics, a subsidiary of The Home Depot, is hiring a Driver Manager to lead and develop delivery teams in a white-glove appliance installation environment. This role is critical to operational excellence, driver success, and maintaining Temco's brand standards in the final-mile delivery space for home appliances.

What You'll Do

• Provide proactive engagement and coaching to drivers to ensure peak performance and safety
• Oversee compliance with all operational policies and regulatory requirements
• Coach and mentor drivers on customer service excellence and appliance installation best practices
• Monitor and maintain Temco's brand standards in every customer interaction
• Drive operational excellence across your team's delivery and installation operations

What You'll Need

• Leadership experience managing drivers or field technicians
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in delivery or installation environments
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Commitment to customer service and appliance installation quality standards
