Driver Manager

About the Role

Temco Logistics, a subsidiary of The Home Depot, is hiring a Driver Manager to lead operational excellence in white-glove appliance delivery. In this supervisory role, you'll manage driver teams, oversee compliance, and ensure exceptional customer service standards across the final-mile appliance delivery network.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coach driver performance to ensure safety and service excellence in appliance delivery operations
• Oversee compliance with operational and regulatory standards
• Engage proactively with drivers to support success and accountability
• Maintain Temco's brand standards in white-glove appliance installation and delivery environments
• Monitor customer service metrics and driver performance coaching

What You'll Need

• Proven supervisory or management experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Experience in white-glove or specialty appliance delivery operations preferred
• Ability to coach and develop team members
