About the Role

Temco Logistics, a subsidiary of The Home Depot, is hiring a Driver Manager to lead operations and ensure exceptional service in the white-glove appliance delivery space. This position combines operational oversight, driver management, and brand excellence to support the final-mile logistics of home appliance installation and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Drive operational excellence through proactive engagement with delivery teams
• Oversee compliance and safety standards in the appliance installation and white-glove delivery environment
• Provide performance coaching to drivers to maintain Temco's brand standards
• Ensure customer service excellence in appliance delivery operations

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated experience in logistics, fleet management, or appliance delivery operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in transportation and delivery
