About the Role

Sunnyside Apartments is seeking an experienced Appliance Technician to install, maintain, and repair appliances and building systems. This appliance technician position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation across the residential community.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair appliances and facility equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and appliances
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Execute repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Service laundry equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar repair and maintenance role
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
