High End and Sealed System Appliance Repair Technician

About the Role

Tiger Mechanical, a veteran-owned and ROC-licensed appliance repair company in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring an experienced High End and Sealed System Appliance Repair Technician. As a preferred service provider for some of the world's largest appliance manufacturers, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain premium brand appliances in customer homes while delivering exceptional service and representing Tiger Mechanical with professionalism and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Conduct appliance diagnostics and repairs in consumer homes and other service locations.
• Drive a company service vehicle through an assigned daily route to multiple repair locations.
• Diagnose appliance issues, provide accurate repair quotes, and order necessary parts.
• Record and document all service activities on company-provided iPad systems.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts on your assigned vehicle while controlling costs efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on appliance maintenance and care.
• Achieve performance standards for productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high skill and proficiency levels in appliance repair through ongoing training.
• Attend all required training, meetings, and company events.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with company values.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in appliance repair and service (high-end and sealed system brands preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Appliance repair certification or AAS degree preferred.
• Refrigeration School graduate status with EPA or CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances including sealed system components.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Strong capability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and service documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Stable, verifiable work history with references.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Tiger Mechanical offers competitive compensation of $50,000–$100,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including company truck, paid training, fuel card, safety equipment, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
