About the Role

Yale Appliance, a leading high-end appliance retailer in business for 102 years, is seeking experienced appliance installation technicians in Norton, Massachusetts. As an appliance installer, you'll deliver custom appliance installation services with exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled customer satisfaction for premium brands including SubZero, Wolf, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Thermador, and Bosch.

What You'll Do

• Install and service a variety of home appliances including cooking appliances, dishwashers, and refrigerators with built-in and panel overlay configurations
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide comprehensive product instructions
• Provide support, guidance, and training to install assistants
• Travel to different job sites using company-provided transportation
• Maintain ongoing training, documentation, and maintenance of approvals for the install department
• Maintain and upkeep Yale-supplied materials and equipment as needed

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience installing all home appliances across diverse product categories
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Strong computer skills including email, internet navigation, and various software systems
• Excellent customer service and problem resolution abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass CORI certification (background screening)
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical including 75-pound lift test
• Willingness to comply with pre-employment and random drug testing

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $30.00 per hour based on experience. Yale Appliance provides company van, fuel credit card, iPhone, laptop, tools, and uniforms. Work Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start time and 30-minute lunch breaks from the Norton Operations Center. Enjoy consistent weekly pay, no on-call or night work, and optional overtime and Saturday availability. Manufacturer training provided on-site at Yale's Training Center multiple times yearly.
