Jr. Appliance Installer

About the Role

MLD, a leading supplier of high-end appliances and plumbing fixtures, is hiring a Junior Appliance Installer in Bonnie, UT. As an appliance installation technician, you'll work alongside experienced installers to deliver and set up premium appliances in residential and commercial properties. This full-time position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to build a skilled trade in appliance installation.

What You'll Do

• Assist with appliance delivery and support the complete installation, setup, and testing process
• Prepare installation areas and protect customer property before moving appliances
• Safely move, position, and uncrate appliances using proper equipment and handling practices
• Work under the supervision of a Senior/Lead Installer to complete installation tasks and basic troubleshooting
• Verify appliances are operating correctly after installation
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service at job sites
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with removing packaging and debris
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in appliance installation, delivery, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy items up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and/or team lifting
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements

Compensation & Benefits

This appliance installer position offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
