Lead Appliance Installer Driver

About the Role

Join CSC ServiceWorks as a Lead Appliance Installer Driver in Kansas City, Missouri, where you'll deliver and install commercial and residential laundry equipment while leading a team through complex installations. This is an active role that combines appliance installation technician expertise with white glove delivery service across Kansas City and throughout Kansas, working Monday through Friday with a company truck and full support.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and install laundry and air equipment to residential homes and commercial client locations
• Install ancillary technology products including card readers and digital enhancements
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, repair, or replace washers, dryers, and air machines on assigned routes
• Prepare equipment for delivery by assembling required parts prior to loading trucks
• Instruct customers and clients on safe and effective equipment operation
• Load and unload trucks using hand carts, maintaining physical activity and safety standards
• Proactively manage inventory and execute parts replenishment based on route knowledge and guidelines
• Teach other installers to resolve delivery and installation issues
• Audit warehouse preparation activities and ensure quality standards

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Previous experience in appliance repair or related field (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently and work in various environmental conditions
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $46,025–$55,078 per year ($22.07–$26.48 per hour), based on experience.
