This full-time, direct-hire position offers the opportunity to lead an in-house installation team and advance your career as an experienced appliance installation technician. You'll oversee residential appliance installation operations, ensuring high-end service delivery and team excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the appliance installation team on job sites
• Perform high-end appliance installation services with precision and professionalism
• Ensure proper delivery and setup of appliances for residential clients
• Manage installation timelines and coordinate with delivery teams
• Mentor and train junior installers on best practices and safety standards
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain quality control

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an appliance installer or appliance technician
• Leadership experience managing installation teams
• Strong knowledge of appliance installation requirements and white glove delivery standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
