Owner Operator 26' Box Truck – Appliance Delivery & Installation

About the Role

R.A.S. Logistics is seeking an experienced owner operator with a 26' box truck to join our rapidly expanding appliance delivery and installation team in Kentwood, Michigan. As an appliance installation technician and white glove delivery specialist, you'll maintain steady work with consistent routes and reliable income, partnering with a company that values long-term relationships and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Execute white glove appliance delivery and installation services for residential customers throughout assigned routes
• Perform basic appliance and furniture installations at customer homes
• Lead a qualified driver and helper team to meet delivery and installation standards
• Maintain your 26' box truck with liftgate in compliance with all safety and operational requirements
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to ensure on-time, professional service
• Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and quality workmanship

What You'll Need

• Registered business entity (LLC or Corporation)
• Active US DOT and Motor Carrier Authority
• 26' box truck with liftgate (owned or leased; Ryder rental options available)
• Qualified driver and helper team ready to work
• Commercial insurance coverage meeting R.A.S. Logistics standards
• 1+ year experience in white glove delivery (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in appliance installation (preferred)
• Ability to perform home deliveries and basic appliance/furniture installations

Compensation & Benefits
