Owner Operator - White Glove Furniture Delivery

Direct Impact Logistics is hiring an Owner Operator for white glove furniture delivery routes in Avenel, NJ. As an independent service provider, you'll lead a two-person delivery team specializing in timely, professional furniture delivery with basic assembly and drop-off service. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced appliance installation technicians or furniture delivery professionals to operate your own business while earning $3,500–$5,000 per week.

What You'll Do

• Execute timely and accurate furniture deliveries to customer homes
• Perform basic furniture assembly using provided and personal tools
• Adjust and install various furniture items to customer specifications
• Load, unload, and deliver furniture with white glove service standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional presentation throughout each delivery
• Manage a two-person delivery team and route operations

What You'll Need

• Own or operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with a lift gate
• Provide a qualified two-person delivery team
• Possess a complete personal set of tools for assembly and installation
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Maintain active MC (Motor Carrier) and DOT number with the FMCSA
• Demonstrate professional experience in furniture delivery or proven willingness to learn the trade
• Be at least 21 years of age

Compensation & Benefits

Average weekly gross earnings of $3,500–$5,000 per week as an independent contractor. Actual compensation based on skills, experience, and team performance.
