About the Role

What You'll Do

• Oversee driver performance, compliance, and safety standards in a white-glove delivery environment
• Provide proactive engagement and performance coaching to drivers
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to appliance installation and delivery protocols
• Monitor and maintain Temco's brand standards and customer service quality
• Manage compliance oversight across the driver team
