Service Technician

About the Role

GE Appliances is hiring Service Technicians to join our growing team. As an appliance service technician, you'll visit homeowners' homes to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of household appliances while delivering exceptional customer care and documenting each service experience.

What You'll Do

• Visit customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances
• Document service calls and customer interactions
• Maintain detailed records of work performed
• Provide professional appliance repair and maintenance services
• Deliver quality customer service during every appointment

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in appliance service or repair preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair household appliances
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
